Privacy policy
What we collect
Wallet addresses (public by nature), sign-in signatures and session cookies, and, for creators, a linked X handle, verified email address, optional Discord handle, and the content you upload (artwork, metadata URIs, collection configuration). We keep audit logs of admin actions, and standard server logs including IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
No private keys, ever. No passwords (sign-in is wallet-signature based). We don't sell personal data.
How we use it
To run the launchpad: authenticating sessions, vetting creators, issuing mint eligibility vouchers, sending creators transactional email (submission status, mint milestones, funds unlocked), preventing bots and abuse, and complying with law.
On-chain data
Mints, transfers, and escrow events are public blockchain data, indexed by us and by anyone else. Nothing on a public chain can be deleted by DengPad.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage, email delivery, RPC providers, error monitoring) that process data on our behalf. Wallet providers (e.g. Glyph, Privy, WalletConnect) have their own privacy policies.
Retention & your rights
Session data expires quickly; account and audit data are retained while your account exists or as required by law. Contact privacy@dengpad.com to request access or deletion of the off-chain data we hold about you.
